胫骨后倾角在膝关节手术中的临床意义

摘要
胫骨后倾角(PTS)用以描述膝关节胫骨平台矢状位形态,其数据的大小代表胫骨平台的陡峭或平缓程度,是膝关节手术如全膝关节置换、前交叉韧带和(或)后交叉韧带重建术、胫骨高位截骨术的重要依据,影响膝关节手术的适应证与疗效。目前,在国内临床上关于PTS尚无统一的概述,本文拟对PTS做一论述,从流行病学、PTS的测量、PTS对膝关节活动的影响、PTS与软骨下骨和膝关节韧带的关系、PTS在各类膝关节手术中的意义等多个方面进行阐述,旨在使术者全面了解PTS的临床意义与应用。
