摘要：

抗血小板治疗现已成为冠心病治疗的基石,尤其是接受经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）的患者均须接受阿司匹林与P2Y12受体拮抗剂双联抗血小板治疗。而不同患者对于抗血小板药物的反应并不完全一致,由此引发心内科医生的疑问:进行血小板功能检测,是否可以预判患者血栓/出血风险?能否指导患者的治疗策略?本文将从血小板功能检测方法、P2Y12受体拮抗剂的血小板反应多样性、P2Y12受体拮抗剂治疗血小板功能与临床事件关系及现有专家共识推荐等几方面进行回顾与分析。
