基于人际视角的教育科研团队互动氛围问卷的初步编制

摘要
目的通过编制教育科研团队互动氛围问卷,为测评国内教育科研团队人际互动氛围提供工具。方法结合专家访谈所获资料,在文献研究的基础上编制初步的教育科研团队互动氛围问卷,并以此问卷施测于378名科研院所研究生,使用SPSS 16.0和Amos17.0对所得数据进行因素分析及信、效度分析。结果教育科研团队互动氛围包括师生互动关系和研究生间互动关系两个层面,师生互动关系是5因子结构,分别命名为研究生对导师的认同、导师支持、发展性指导、个性化关怀、关系有效性,各维度的α系数在0.931~0.959,相关系数在0.743~0.879;研究生间互动关系是团队成员交换关系单因子结构。结论①教育科研团队互动氛围是个两层次、六维度的概念;②自编的教育科研团队互动氛围问卷具有较好的信度和效度。
