摘要：

在抗肿瘤药物的不良反应中,化疗药物所致的周围神经病变(chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy,CIPN)的发生率近年来逐渐增多,但目前尚无有足够有效的药物治疗。本文综述了近十年来中西医治疗CIPN的相关临床和实验报道。
