分析了新型计量方式Altmetrics指标和WebofScience被引频次在国外机构知识库的应用实践,探讨了在机构知识库中嵌入Altmetrics和WebofScience的方式和技术实现,为国内机构知识库的可持续发展提供参考与借鉴。
