摘要：

<正>幽门螺杆菌（Helicobacter pylori,Hp）是人类常见的感染性疾病之一。据报道,Hp在西方国家普通人群的感染率在20%50%之间,在发展中国家高达80%[1]。Hp是多种疾病的危险因素,如胃溃疡、慢性胃炎、胃腺癌,甚至是黏膜相关淋巴组织（MALT）淋巴瘤等。研究证明根除Hp可降低胃癌风险,增加溃疡治愈率,目前需联合用药尚可直接根除Hp。临床上有多种根除方案可供选择:Hp感
