人文社会科学研究评鉴特性及指标探讨

摘要：

由于人文社会科学学科属性的不同、出版品型态和内容的差异及学者自我期许的差异,人文社会科学学者学术评鉴及评鉴指标的特性当有不同的方式。人文社会科学学者的研究产出具有出版种类多元、图书与期刊均是重要的出版品、图书引用比率高、研究议题具本土性及引用较旧的文献数据等特性,因此进行学术评鉴时不能仅就西文期刊文章数及其被引用次数进行评鉴,应采用结合书目计量与同行评鉴的多元指标,同时考虑较长时间的出版品数量和质量。
