摘要：

<正>自20世纪80年代起,肺癌已成为全球范围内发病率最高的癌症,且发病率正逐年上升,据2011年美国癌症学会统计数据,肺癌的5年总生存率仅为16%,表明肺癌在发生发展及对抗现有治疗模式上有着各种各样的逃逸机制。了解肿瘤逃逸机制找出对策,在今后肿瘤防治中可能会产生较大的突破,本文就肺癌的逃逸机制包括免疫抑制、抗凋亡及耐药三方面做一综述。
