摘要：

巨细胞病毒 (CMV)多引起潜伏感染 ,而且其所致疾病的临床表现多为非特异性的 ,因此 ,建立早期快速、灵敏特异、可靠的检测和鉴定方法是至关重要的。本文从细胞培养、病毒抗原血症的检测、特异性抗体的检测和病毒核酸的检测四个方面就近年来CMV的检测和鉴定方法研究进展进行了简要的概述。
