摘要：

转录因子AP－1是原癌基因编码的蛋白质Jun和Fos组成的二聚体复合物，参与了许多生理和病理生理过程的调控。本文综述了近几年对AP－1的分子结构、活性调控及其对细胞增殖、分化、转化、细胞凋亡、器官发生和免疫系统活化的影响的研究进展。
