公安微博的扩散研究:中国地级市的实证研究

摘要：

许多国家的政府都纷纷采用新兴社会媒体技术,而公安部门在其中最具代表性。本文以中国地级市公安部门为样本,首次对公安微博的扩散进行实证分析,并揭示了公安微博扩散的关键影响因素。研究发现,政府规模、互联网普及率、公安局所在省份其他市公安局开通微博的比例、上级公安部门的微博开通情况与公安微博开通概率显著正相关,而辖区财政资源状况、人均地区生产总值、电子政务发展水平、公共治安状况等与公安微博开通情况无显著相关关系。此外,我们还发现公安微博的开通在不同时期取决于不同因素的综合作用。
