国外高等教育中“间隔年”探析——以普林斯顿大学为例

"间隔年"兴起于欧洲20世纪60年代,是指青年学生利用高中毕业与进入大学之间的间隔期(通常是一年),通过旅行、做义工等形式到异地体验另一种全新的学习生活。"间隔年"能帮助学生重拾学习热情,提升学业成就;丰富人生体验,促进个人成长;激发创新思维,促进未来职业生涯发展;培养世界公民意识,形成良好校园文化等。"间隔年"作为国外高等教育的一种创新教育方式,正受到越来越多青年学生和高校的青睐。
