管理者社会联系与企业创新绩效——基于创新环境调节作用的实证研究

摘要
基于社会网络观,构建了管理者社会联系、企业创新活动与嵌入环境的研究框架。探讨了管理者社会联系对企业创新绩效的影响,并进一步讨论了创新活动嵌入环境的调节作用联系。应用回归模型对来源于210家中国制造企业的调研数据进行实证研究,结果表明,商业联系和政府联系都能够有效提升企业创新绩效;环境不确定性会减弱商业联系正向作用,加强政府联系正向作用,在环境不确定性较高时,政府联系也更能提升企业创新绩效;企业规模会加强政府联系正向作用,但对商业联系与创新绩效间关系无明显调节作用,相比于商业联系,企业规模对政治联系与创新绩效间关系的正向调节作用更大。
