摘要：

本文在回顾产业集群和科技集群研究的基础上,初步提出了奥运科技集群的概念,同时把生态学的相关方法和理论引入奥运科技集群创新的研究,构建了奥运科技集群创新生态系统的框架,以此为出发点,着重研究了奥运科技集群创新生态系统的要素、结构和特征。
