发展中国家企业并购发达国家企业的逆向知识转移影响因素研究

摘要：

以2013年中国100大跨国公司中的30家跨国公司作为研究样本,通过多元线性回归分析我国企业并购发达国家企业过程中存在的逆向知识转移问题。实证研究表明,子公司知识的价值、母公司对知识的知觉水平、子公司所处国家的发达程度与中国企业跨国并购逆向知识转移呈显著正相关关系,社会文化距离和制度距离与中国企业跨国并购逆向知识转移呈显著负相关关系,子公司的战略重点不会影响中国企业跨国并购逆向知识转移。
