摘要：

动脉粥样硬化是危害人类健康的主要疾病。随着临床与基础研究的发展,对其发生机制已有较新的认识,血管内皮黏附因子成为新的研究焦点。在抗动脉粥样硬化方面,他汀类调脂药及ACEI的确切作用得到充分证实。动脉粥样硬化的防治取得了巨大进步,本文综述了动脉粥样硬化的发生机制及治疗药物新进展。
