大剂量甲基强的松龙对脊髓损伤后神经细胞凋亡的影响

摘要
目的 探讨大剂量甲基强的松龙对脊髓损伤后神经细胞凋亡的影响。 方法 将6 0只大鼠分为脊髓损伤后应用大剂量甲基强的松龙组 (A组 ,30只 )和单纯脊髓损伤组 (B组 ,30只 )。损伤后 1,3,7,14,2 8d ,对脊髓损伤区进行细胞凋亡的检测 (原位末端脱氧核糖核苷酸转移酶介导dUTP标记法 ,TUNEL)以及Bcl- 2蛋白表达的测定 (免疫组化SP法 )。 结果 A、B两组中均发现凋亡细胞及Bcl- 2蛋白阳性表达。大鼠脊髓损伤后 3d图像分析表明 ,细胞凋亡率分别为 :A组 (12 .43± 5 .16 ) ,B组 (36 .2 7± 6 .2 8) ;Bcl- 2蛋白阳性细胞分别为 :A组 (37.6 8± 5 .83) ,B组 (2 1.48± 7.83)。两组比较 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1和 0 .0 5 )。 结论 脊髓损伤可导致神经细胞凋亡 ,大剂量甲基强的松龙能抑制细胞凋亡。
