不同提取方法所得山茶油的品质比较

摘要
采用化学分析法、HPLC、GC-MS法分析水酶法、水代溶剂法、有机溶剂萃取法所得山茶油的理化指标、角鲨烯、维生素E、主要脂肪酸含量及组成。结果显示,水酶法和水代溶剂法提取山茶油的感官指标和理化指标相近,优于有机溶剂萃取法所提山茶油。水酶法所提山茶油中的角鲨烯(255.00μg·g-1)、α-维生素E(247.44μg·g-1)、β-维生素E(46.05μg·g-1)、δ-维生素E(11.65μg·g-1)含量高于其他2种方法所提山茶油。各方法提取的山茶油中脂肪酸组成没有显著性差异。从感官、理化指标和特征活性物质角鲨烯及维生素E含量综合来看,水酶法提取山茶油的品质较优,在工业生产中具有较大的应用前景。
