三维电解可脱式微弹簧圈栓塞颅内动脉瘤的临床研究

摘要
目的探讨三维电解可脱式微弹簧圈(3D-GDC)栓塞颅内动脉瘤的临床应用价值。方法采用3D-GDC作为第1个弹簧圈栓塞治疗的39例40个动脉瘤;动脉瘤大小4~16.7mm;瘤颈宽度2.1~9.5mm,≤4mm18个,>4mm22个;栓塞后所有病人复查造影并随访2~33个月,进行临床疗效评估。结果动脉瘤完全栓塞31个(77.5%),次全栓塞9个(22.5%);22个瘤颈>4mm者完全栓塞18个(81.8%)。5例出现栓塞相关并发症,2例轻残,其余病人恢复良好。结论3D-GDC栓塞治疗动脉瘤,特别是较复杂的颅内宽颈动脉瘤近期疗效显著,远期疗效有待观察。
