摘要：

以往评价营养状况一直是检测总蛋白、白蛋白及白球比等项目。近年国际上已选用最能反映机体营养状况的内脏蛋白作为评价营养状况的新指标。本文分述了7种内脏蛋白:白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白、纤维连接蛋白、前激肽释放酶及促生长因子的一些新基础知识和见解。
