院校研究人员——高校改革的推动者

摘要
院校研究人员面临的新的挑战和机遇是作为高校改革的推动者。在高校改革的五个步骤———建立改革共识、聚焦改革焦点、增加改革知识、坚定改革决心和适时调整改革中,院校研究人员需要并且能够发挥重要作用。院校研究人员自身须转变角色定位,其他相关机构与人员也要拿出行动帮助院校研究人员提升工作能力,使其充分发挥改革推动者的作用。
