影响知识分享的组织因素研究

摘要
基于计划行为理论,本文检验了我国情境下一些影响成员知识分享的组织因素。通过对国内306家企业的调查发现,管理者可信行为、和睦交往型与团结一致型组织文化、柔性化的组织结构等因素对于成员知识分享行为都具有正向影响作用。本文最后讨论了该研究的局限性、对于管理实践的启示及未来研究方向。
