不同剂量糖肾胶囊对FFR胰岛素敏感性的影响

摘要：

目的:观察不同剂量的中药糖肾胶囊对胰岛素抵抗性伴高血压模型大鼠的胰岛素敏感性的影响。方法:用6周龄的雄性SD大鼠,以标准餐和高果糖餐喂养将其分为对照组和实验组,实验组又分为实验对照组和低、高剂量中药治疗组;以正常血糖高胰岛素钳夹法对以上各组进行胰岛素敏感性的评价。结果:糖肾胶囊低、高剂量组对大鼠的收缩期血压无显著改善作用;高剂量组胰岛素敏感性指标M值有明显的改善作用;低剂量则无。结论:高剂量糖肾胶囊组对胰岛素抵抗性有明显的改善作用。
