新型人感染H7N9禽流感中医证候分布规律及辨证论治思路

摘要：

目的:分析新型人感染H7N9禽流感中医证候分布规律,探讨辨证论治思路。方法:收集新型人感染H7N9禽流感18例患者中医症状、舌象、脉象等资料,进行描述性分析。结果:新型人感染H7N9疾病早期,主要以肺热壅盛证(33.3%)、燥热伤肺证(33.3%)为主要证型,并可见热灼营阴证(11.1%)、热陷心包证(11.1%)等营分证候;中期肺卫证候消失,肺热壅盛(23.5%)仍见,燥热伤肺证(41.2%)为主,可出现肺热腑实的阳明热证(11.8%);后期多见气阴两伤证(61.5%)。结论:新型人感染H7N9禽流感证候分布具有一定规律,辨证论治应把握卫气营血传变特点。
