摘要：

组织记忆是近年来国内外组织管理研究的热点议题。本文从组织记忆的内涵、分类、过程以及实证测量等方面对国内外相关文献进行了归纳总结,评价了组织记忆与组织绩效、组织即兴、组织学习和战略变革间的相关关系,并指出了组织记忆研究的未来发展方向,以期对组织记忆理论研究有所裨益。
