摘要：

糖尿病是以高血糖为特征的一种慢性代谢疾病,持续高血糖和代谢紊乱会损害全身组织器官的功能。随着对糖尿病的进一步研究,发现了一些新作用靶点,如胰二肽基肽酶-4、高血糖素样肽-1受体、G蛋白偶联受体119、11β-羟基固醇脱氢酶1、腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶、钠-葡萄糖同向转运体-2抑制剂等。本文总结糖尿病治疗的各个靶点的机制和研究进展,对新型抗糖尿病药物进行综述。
