摘要：

生态系统服务功能的形成和维持机制是近年来生态学研究的热点领域。该文从生态系统服务功能的概念与内涵入手,分析了生态系统服务功能研究的科学前沿和热点领域,重点介绍了草地和荒漠生态系统服务功能形成与调控机制联网研究的思路、关键科学问题、研究目标、实验设计、观测指标体系,以及联网研究取得的重要进展。在此基础上,对未来草地和荒漠生态系统服务功能研究的重点进行了展望。
