摘要
营销—运营界面研究是近年来新服务开发研究中的前沿。通过文献回顾,笔者对这一论题的国内外研究现状进行了分析和述评,找到了现有研究的局限和亟待探索的领域。在此基础上提出理论体系、研究视角及研究方法三个方面的未来研究方向,并进一步构建了研究的理论模型,阐述了每一方向的具体研究思路。
