摘要：

世界卫生组织颁布骨质疏松症诊断标准已有20余年。自1994标准颁布至今,有关该标准临床和流行病学的应用报道及问题不断增多,笔者认为有必要对标准中的内容和应用出现的相关问题进行阐述。
