摘要：

炎症性肠病(IBD)是一类反复发作的慢性、免疫介导性消化道炎症疾病。IBD的发病机制目前尚未完全清楚,但最新研究显示,多因素导致胃肠道菌群失调引起异常侵袭性免疫反应在其发病中具有至关重要的作用。转化生长因子β(TGF-β)是一种强大的多功能的细胞因子,能够调节细胞基本反应,如肠上皮细胞在内的组织细胞生长、分化和凋亡,并且监管IBD肠道黏膜免疫内稳态和慢性炎症过程。本文就TGF-β与IBD的相关性做一综述。
