血小板受体作为抗血小板治疗靶点的研究进展

摘要
<正>血小板在血栓形成过程中发挥着重要的作用。作用于血小板黏附,聚集等过程的抗血小板药物能有效地抑制体内血栓形成,预防和治疗急性冠脉综合征和缺血性脑卒中,抑制动脉粥样斑块破裂后的血栓形成,预防支架血栓形成。抗血小板治疗的作用靶点很多,本文主要对血小板上二磷酸腺苷受体,蛋白激酶受体,膜糖蛋白受体,血栓烷A2受体等受体及其拮抗剂的临床研究进展进行综述。1 血小板的功能及血小板膜受体的类型血小板的黏附、聚集、释放在动脉内血栓形成的过程中发挥
