摘要
缺血性脑卒中是多种机制相互作用的复杂病理生理过程,经方栝楼桂枝汤在治疗脑卒中后肢体痉挛方面效果良好,但是对其物质基础及作用机制的研究却较少,因此对栝楼桂枝汤全方到单味药治疗缺血性脑卒中的研究进行归纳,为更深层次的研究提供思路。
