摘要：

人体肠道内寄居着数量庞大、种类繁多的微生物,统称为肠道菌群。肠道正常菌群参与机体的营养消化吸收、生物拮抗、免疫、抗肿瘤等一系列生命活动并维持机体健康。一旦受到宿主及外环境变化的影响,平衡状态被打破,则会导致肠道菌群失调,进而引发和加重各种疾病。该文就肠道菌群失调的类型、致病因素、临床表现、相关疾病及治疗等的研究进展进行综述。
