摘要：

在企业ERP实施过程中涉及来自外部软件供应商、咨询公司和企业内部的业务知识,企业如何集成这些内外部知识是目前ERP实施研究领域的热点和前沿问题。文章从组织、项目和个体三个研究层次对国外主要相关研究成果作一综述,以供国内ERP实施研究者发现基于知识的ERP实施研究的进一步研究空间。同时对企业ERP项目发起人、ERP项目经理和实施顾问也有一定的启示意义。
