血浆胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C水平与脑出血关系的病例对照研究

摘要
目的探讨血浆胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(胱抑素C)与脑出血的关系。方法收集94例脑出血患者为脑出血组,选择94例性别、年龄、居住地等与脑出血组匹配的非脑卒中者为对照组,用颗粒增强免疫比浊法测定血浆胱抑素C水平,按其水平由低到高将研究人群分为四等份,用logistic回归分析得出各四分位和脑出血组的关系,用相关检验分析胱抑素C水平与脑出血组其他危险因素的关系。结果脑出血组患者血浆胱抑素C水平与对照组无显著性差异[(1.07±0.35)mg/Lvs(1.02±0.48)mg/L,P>0.05]。胱抑素C与第1个四分位比较,第2、3、4个四分位的危害比和95%CI分别为1.58(0.59~4.19)、3.71(1.40~9.80)、2.64(1.01~6.91);胱抑素C与同型半胱氨酸、肌酐和尿微量白蛋白呈正相关,r分别为0.145、0.288和0.378。结论血浆胱抑素C水平升高是脑出血的一个危险因素。
