内皮素-1、一氧化氮与冠状动脉病变程度相关性研究

摘要
目的:旨在探讨冠心病患者内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)与冠状动脉病变程度相关性。方法:选择心内科行冠状动脉造影的患者共241例,根据冠脉造影结果分为冠状动脉狭窄组(n=135),非冠状动脉狭窄组(n=106)。比较冠状动脉狭窄组与非冠状动脉狭窄组的ET-1、NO,以及不同病变支数患者ET-1、NO水平与冠状动脉病变程度的相关性。结果:1)冠状动脉狭窄组血浆ET-1高于非狭窄组,而血清NO浓度低于非狭窄组。同时随病变血管增加血浆ET-1水平增加,而NO则相反,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2)Pearson直线相关分析:年龄、糖尿病史、吸烟、TC、LDL-C、ET-1与冠脉病变支数、冠脉狭窄记分呈正相关(r分别为:0.325,0.241,0.227,0.087,0.053,0.552,P<0.01~0.05),NO与冠脉病变支数、冠脉狭窄记分呈负相关(r=-0.504,P<0.05)。TG、BMI、与冠脉病变支数及狭窄记分无相关性。结论:内皮功能障碍是冠状动脉狭窄的重要因素。冠状动脉狭窄程度与内皮素-1呈正相关,与一氧化氮呈负相关。
