茶多酚降血糖研究进展

摘要
茶多酚是茶叶中一种重要的生理活性成分,具有抗癌、抗氧化、抗突变、抗菌、降血脂等多种生物学功能,因而成为研究的热点。近几十年来,随着糖尿病患病人数的急剧增加,茶多酚对血糖的调节作用逐渐引起研究者的关注,他们对茶多酚可能具有的降血糖作用进行了大量的报道。文章综述了近三十年来茶多酚降血糖作用的体内外以及临床实验研究进展,并对茶多酚的降糖机理进行了详细的阐述。
