IL-1B+3953/Taq I基因型多态性与慢性牙周炎相关关系的研究

目的：通过检测ＩＬ－１Ｂ＋３９５３等位基因在不同牙周健康状态汉族人群中的分布，分析ＩＬ－１Ｂ＋３９５３等位基因与慢性牙周炎的相关关系。方法：选取来我院门诊就诊的汉族：①重度慢性牙周炎患者８５例；②轻中度慢性牙周炎患者９７例，①②组患者检查全口临床牙周附着丧失量、牙周袋深度；③牙周健康对照者８９例。棉拭子刮取颊粘膜脱落细胞，用ＰＣＲ－ＲＦＬＰ法检测ＩＬ－１＋３９５３基因型分布。结果：在①组中，Ｉ／Ｉ、Ⅱ／Ｉ、Ⅱ／Ⅱ基因型分布（％）分别为８０、２０和０，在②组中为８５．５７、１４．４３和０，在③组中为９５．５１、４．４９和０。在①组中１和Ⅱ的等位基因频率分别为０．９０和０．１０，在②组中为０．９３和０．０７，在③组中为０．９８和０．０２。经统计学分析重度慢性牙周炎组和轻、中度慢性牙周炎组与健康对照组基因型分布和等位基因频率均有显著性差异。结论：ＩＬ－１基因多态性与慢性牙周炎有相关关系，ＩＬ－１Ｂ＋３９５３等位基因Ⅱ可能是部分慢性牙周炎患者易感性的遗传标志。
