关系型虚拟社区知识共享行为的影响机制——自我建构视角

摘要
独立型自我建构和互依型自我建构是自我建构理论的核心内容,对个体心理感知和行为决策具有重要影响。文章将自我建构理论引入关系型虚拟社区研究,探索独立型自我建构和互依型自我建构对关系型虚拟社区知识共享行为的影响机制。以微信用户为研究对象的实证研究表明:两类自我建构对关系型虚拟社区人际互动及知识共享行为具有积极影响;人际互动在自我建构与知识共享行为间具有部分中介作用;面子意识对互依型自我建构与人际互动间的关系具有正向调节作用;虚拟社区危险感知在独立型自我建构与人际互动间具有负向调节作用。
