摘要：

白细胞介素-6(IL-6)作为前炎症细胞因子,在炎症反应过程中起着重要的作用。IL-6的生物学功能只有通过和其受体形成IL-6/IL-6R/gp130复合体才能进行信号转导从而发挥作用。随着其受体信号传递途径研究的不断深入,IL-6受体有望成为一个有效的治疗靶点,在炎症性疾病治疗过程中发挥作用。本文就其在炎症性疾病方面的研究进展做一综述。
