补脾益肠丸对肠易激综合征内脏高敏模型大鼠的影响

摘要：

目的:探讨补脾益肠丸对肠易激综合征(IBS)内脏高敏大鼠模型的防治作用及其机制。方法:采用母子分离内脏高敏感模型模拟肠易激综合征肠道表现,通过动态变化、水应激排便实验及5-HT水平检测观察补脾益肠丸对IBS的影响。结果:母子分离模型可模拟IBS肠道高敏状态,模型大鼠肠腔压力值显著降低,水应激排便颗粒显著增加,结肠及脑组织5-HT含量增高;经治疗后,补脾益肠丸大(6g/kg)、中剂量(3g/kg)可明显降低母子分离内脏高敏模型大鼠肠道敏感性,减少水应激刺激引起的排便数量,降低结肠及脑组织5-HT含量,为临床治疗IBS提供依据。结论:补脾益肠丸能明显缓解IBS内脏高敏模型大鼠肠道症状,其机制可能与调节肠道及中枢5-HT含量有关。
