摘要：

企业技术基础的多元化战略(以下简称技术多元化)既是多元化战略、技术战略、创新管理等研究领域的交叉研究热点,又在中国企业提升自主创新能力的背景下具有重要的现实意义。本文在系统阐述技术多元化的理论基础、概念内涵、模式和类型等问题的基础上,探讨了技术多元化的前因(即技术多元化的动机与影响因素)和绩效影响(即技术多元化对企业绩效的作用)及相关变量测量,最后构建了一个技术多元化整合研究框架,以期为后续研究提供借鉴和参考。
