摘要：

新生儿出生后转入新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)治疗导致母婴分离,严重影响了产妇产褥期的恢复及身心健康,护理工作在缓解母婴分离对产妇造成的压力中发挥着重要的作用。本文概述了母婴分离对产妇心理、母亲角色转换以及母婴依附关系建立方面的影响,并从信息支持、鼓励母亲参与NICU护理、家庭支持等方面综述了护理干预措施。
