摘要：

子宫内膜容受性是影响胚胎种植的重要因素,评价指标有很多,目前应用较广泛的是各种超声参数、激素及分子生物学指标和基因标记。超声可以简便有效地预测内膜容受性,但是争议比较大;激素及分子生物学指标从分子生物学方面阐明影响内膜容受性的重要因素,具有其独特的临床应用价值;基因标记则使内膜容受性的研究进入一个新的更广阔的领域,综述以上各种指标预测内膜容受性的意义。
