静脉溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中22例临床分析

摘要：

分析22例静脉溶栓治疗的急性缺血性脑卒中患者的临床资料,评价静脉溶栓治疗开展情况。静脉溶栓院内延迟平均为107 min,最主要的原因为等待相关化验结果回报。仅6例采用指南推荐的标准剂量(0.9 mg/kg)重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂。治疗后,22例患者中有1例出现无症状性颅内出血,无症状性颅内出血发生。静脉溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中有较好的安全性,应该规范化推广。
