摘要：
With the rejection of the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty (CTBT) by the U.S. Senate, its entry into force has been called in question. This article examines the role of the treaty, the causes and background of the rejection, and its implications for nuclear test ban as well as for global arms control and nuclear non proliferation. Based on the above analysis, Chinas policy opitions on CTBT are laid out.
