摘要：

Toll样受体是固有免疫系统中重要的模式识别受体,介导病原体及内源性损伤相关分子诱发的各种免疫防御反应。近年来,研究发现Toll样受体2在各种心血管疾病,包括动脉粥样硬化、冠心病、心肌缺血再灌注损伤等的病理生理过程中发挥着重要作用。本文拟对Toll样受体2在心血管疾病中的研究进展做一综述。
