摘要
我国气象灾害频发,尽早预警意义重大。借鉴美国DACS龙卷风预警系统,描述气象灾害预警系统中,分布式天气雷达网的建设方法和关键技术。以现役天气雷达网为基础,辅以若干短距离、短波长间隙雷达来解决地球曲率和高山阻挡造成的低空盲点问题;采用全相参双极化多普勒制式,实现多参数小型化;结合幅度相位极化参数,解决传播衰减和目标分类问题;通过脉冲压缩解决距离分辨率问题。获取高质量雷达数据,为快速准确预警服务。
