电视胸腔镜处理恶性胸腔积液的体会

摘要：

目的 :探讨电视胸腔镜在恶性胸腔积液处理中的应用。方法 :分析复旦大学附属中山医院 1995年～ 2 0 0 2年 8月 4 3例恶性胸腔积液病例经电视胸腔镜诊治的临床资料。结果 :所有病例术后均得到明确的病理诊断 ,胸膜固定术后有效率达95 .3% ,无严重并发症。结论 :电视胸腔镜在恶性胸腔积液的处理中具有安全、微创、诊断准确的特点 ,是有效的胸膜固定方法。
