摘要：

有关“基因增强”概念界定是一个有争议的问题 ,笔者分析了一个为多数人认同的定义中存在的问题。此外 ,文章指出“非医学目的基因增强”在科学上依据不充分 ;在伦理上 ,现有的论证方式也有不足之处 ,还对一种典型的观点进行了反论证。最后 ,笔者认为 ,在管理上 ,“禁不住”不是证明非医学目的基因增强的正当理由
